  • Rock salt (sendha namak)

Method:

  1. Soak sabudana for a few hours until they swell up.

  4. Add diced potatoes and cook until they are soft.

  • Sabudana
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom powder
  • Saffron strands
  • Nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)

Method:

  1. Soak sabudana until they become soft and translucent.
  2. Boil milk and add the soaked sabudana.
  3. Cook on low heat until the sabudana is fully cooked and the kheer thickens.
  4. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
